French Fries
French fries is also known as chips, finger chips or simply chips. The origin of French fries is either from Belgium or France. They are usually served hot as snacks with usually fast food. French fries are mostly served with mayonnaise or ketchup. it can be prepare at home fro potatoes or can buy frozen from any company.

INGREDIANTS
- Potatoes
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Chaat Masala
- Flour
- Potatoes are blanched and cut into strips.
- Then soaked into cold water to remove surface starch.
- Add spices such as salt. Black pepper, chat masala.
- Sprinkle some flour on it.
- Mix it well with small amount of water.
- Hot oil for deep frying.
- Oil should be hot to avoid softness of
chips.
- Pour chips into hot oil and stir it.
- Take a plate and place tissue on it.
- Spread these chips on that plate.
- Serve these crispy hot chips with mayonnaise
or ketchup
- Enjoy yourself with this snack.
