sindhi biryani



INGREDIENTS

·         RICE 3 CUPS

·         CHICKEN 1KG

·         WATER 6 CUPS

·         ONIONS 5 PIECES

·         TOMATO 3 PIECES

·         YOGURT 3 SPOONS

·         GINGER GARLIC PASTE 2 SPOONS

·         SALT 3 SPOONS

·         RED CHILLI 2 SPOONS

·         BIRYANI MASALA 2 SPOONS

·         CORIANDOR POWDER HALF SPOON

·         BLACK PEPPER 4-5

·         CLOVE 3-4

·         BLACK CARDOMOM 2

·         CINAMON STICK 2

·         OIL 5 SPOONS



PROCEDURE

Ø Take oil and fry onions until light brown. Now add tomatoes to it and stir it. Add half glass water and all spices to it and stir it until oil appears. Now add chicken to it and cover it with lid until chicken tenders.

Ø Take 6-7 cups water and boil it. Now add rice to it and cook it to soft.

Ø Take another pan and add half boiled rice to it and then layer of chicken gravy and then repeat this layering again.

Ø Steam this pan on slow heat for 30 minutes.

Ø Serve this biryani with raita and salad.

Ø Enjoy.
